Woodhouse Porsche Addition/Renovation

The project consisted of the renovation of the existing Woodhouse Porsche of Omaha Car Dealership, as well as two building additions located at 66^th and “L” Street in Omaha, NE. The first addition of a showroom featured a new entrance and vehicle delivery area. The second addition consisted of a service department, including service area with lifts, parts department, offices, locker room with restrooms, and wash bay. The improvements included all structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, update of all finishes, and civil/site work.
