Redfield

This project consisted of a complete renovation of a 63,500 square foot, five-story historic building located in downtown Omaha. The project included a tenant improvement build-out of approximately 24,000 square feet of the building on the second and third floors to house offices, conference rooms, and breakrooms. Building improvements include an update of all finishes, structural upgrades, replacement of the existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services, and civil/site work.
