With H&H Premier Brands outgrowing their current space, the Ownership team looked to build a new state of the art luxury dealership in the developing Heartwood Preserve. H&H Automotive, Noddle, and RDG brought Lueder onto the project team to manage construction. After 15 months of construction, H&H’s vision became a reality as they moved into their new 77,000 square foot building and re-branded as Onyx Automotive. Onyx is home to four luxury car brands: Jaguar, Land Rover, BMW, and Mini. Each brand is unique and has its own show room, office spaces, and hospitality areas. Two service areas house 35 technicians, and a state-of-the-art parts department houses multiple high-density, vertical storage units.
