Lueder Construction partnered with Iowa Western Community College to complete a 27,830-square-foot renovation and 4,180-square-foot two-story expansion of Ashley Hall — the campus hub for the Nursing Program Education Center and Clinic. The project modernized classrooms, labs, and clinical training areas to create an advanced learning environment for future healthcare professionals. Work also included the installation and extension of a new fire sprinkler system to enhance campus safety. Through thoughtful planning and collaboration, Lueder Construction delivered a high-quality, state-of-the-art facility that supports hands-on learning and prepares students for success in the healthcare field.
