CLAAS Training Facility

This project consisted of a 19,750 square foot structural steel framed building addition to an existing agricultural manufacturing plant located in Sarpy County, NE. A new lobby serves as the main entry to the main floor of the facility along with reception space, a breakroom, bathrooms, storage, training space, and a two-story showroom to showcase agricultural equipment offered by Claas. An elevator and two staircases can be used to access the second floor of the two-story building addition which consists of classrooms designed to provide training to the facilities clients.
