Formerly owned by Kiewit, the Blackstone Tower was renovated to house to multiple businesses including WOWT studios. The project consisted of 12 phases which required construction in various areas of the building while finished spaces were occupied. The Lueder team developed a phasing plan that was reviewed with the client to ensure tenants were able to maintain access and paths in common spaces. A solution was developed for noise mitigation to ensure tenants were comfortable during construction.
