About This Project

Lueder has been leading the renovation of the Blackstone Tower since 2021. Individual projects have consisted of WOWT, Zaiss & Company, Proxibid, BWBR Architects, the Cloud Room, the main lobby and common areas, as well as current work on the third and fourth floors. Project square footage ranges 4,000 SF and 15,000 SF.
