Lueder Construction partnered with Iowa Western Community College to build the state-of-the-art, 39,000-square-foot Reiver Athletic Performance Center — a three-story facility designed to elevate athletic training and student performance for both Football & Wrestling programs. The new construction includes expansive conditioning spaces, modern locker rooms, a championship lounge, offices, workrooms, and dedicated meeting areas to support both athletes and staff. Through close coordination with coaching teams and college administration, Lueder Construction delivered a dynamic environment that enhances training, collaboration, and the overall student-athlete experience.
