Nestled in the heart of downtown Omaha, Lueder has brought this 1914 built historic building back to life. Working closely with the design team Lueder overcame many challenges that were presented including cutting out a light well from the second floor to the roof, adding structure to the roof system, a new mechanical, plumbing and electrical system throughout, as well as permanently fixing a basement that has been leaking for years.

The Peregrine Hotel is an eight-level building that has 90 guest rooms. Some of the amenities include a full-service restaurant, a rooftop bar, and a fitness center. Lueder worked directly with several finance and tax credit groups, including the Nebraska Historic and PACE tax credits.
