Completed in April 2026, The Cornerstone at Southside marks another important step in the continued redevelopment of South Omaha. Lueder partnered with Brinshore Development and Canopy South to deliver the 112,000-square-foot, $22.9 million LIHTC project, featuring a four-story, 92-unit apartment complex designed to expand access to quality housing in the neighborhood. Built for a nonprofit client under a GMP delivery model, the project continues a shared commitment to creating spaces that strengthen the Southside community for years to come.
