About This Project

The signature building and conference center for the Arbor Day Foundation adjacent to J Sterling Morton’s home in Nebraska City, Nebraska. The lodge consists of 144 guest rooms, an on-site restaurant, Olympic sized swimming pool and spa. The lodge was also designed and built with state-of-the-art building systems which result in energy conservation, solid waste reduction and water conservation.
