Collaborative Approach
We engage early with the owner, the architect, consultants, and key stakeholders to establish goals, phasing strategies, and constraints.
Constructability Review
We analyze drawings for sequencing, logistics, and coordination challenges to proactively mitigate potential conflicts. When possible, Lueder engages subcontractors to assist with efficient constructability and building planning.
Safety and Access Planning
Comprehensive site logistics plans will be developed to maintain safety of the public. This includes fencing, signage, and dedicated delivery routes
